Chinese alligator is China protection animal at national level (I), a peculiar species of China. You can find out lots of characteristics of dinosaur reptile on them. From May to September, Chinese alligator is relatively active, swimming in the water or basking in the sun in a queue. In late October, they move less but still bask in the sun to keep warm and meanwhile digest food. In mid-to-late November, they are ready for winter sleep. Tourists will see them again next year, as from December to March next year, they are in winter sleep.
